All concessions and merchandise stands are cashless.
All bags brought into Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts entry points will be subject to search and must be 12” x 6” x 12” or smaller. Medical device carriers in excesses of the maximum bag size are permitted but will be subject to search.
Personal cameras are permitted. Professional cameras with lenses exceeding 6 inches and all audio/video recording devices are prohibited. Detachable lenses are not allowed.
Some events may enforce modified camera policies. The theater reserves the right to inspect any camera and deny entry if it does not meet event guidelines.
All public restrooms are equipped with diaper changing stations for the convenience of our guests.
Please contact the nearest Event Staff member or Security if you are in need of medical attention.
After each event, all items will be taken to the Main Security Office. To locate a lost item, please call (904) 633-6110. Items not claimed after 60 days will be donated to local charities or otherwise disposed of at Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts management’s sole discretion.
Exiting and re-entering the building with the same ticket is not permitted. Exceptions are only made in the case of medical situations and emergencies.
Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts is a smoke-free facility/ Tobacco products, e-cigarettes, and vapes are not to be used inside the theater.
- Bags larger than 12"x6"x12" or backpacks
- Outside food or beverage (except medical-related food or beverage)
- Cans, bottles, coolers, or other similar containers
- Video cameras, audio recording devices, or streaming (including through the use of cell phones & GoPro cams)
- Tablets, iPads, & GoPros
- Professional cameras with lenses larger than 6"/Standard digital cameras
- Laser pens or pointers
- Noise-making devices
- Projectiles (beach balls, frisbees, etc.)
- Signs larger than 8.5"x11" (any signs management deems as inappropriate or obstructive will be confiscated); If signs larger than that were purchased by merchandise outside the vendor, signs are approved inside the building.
- Stickers of any kind, sticks, or poles (this includes selfie sticks)
- Skateboards, skates, or scooters
- Illegal substances
- Fireworks or any other incendiary device
- Strollers (permitted but must be checked in at the main lobby)
- Weapons of any kind or any item that can be construed as a weapon (knives, chains, clubs, or guns, etc.)
- Any other item deemed unacceptable by Management
